I contacted Family Weight loss center for a consultation. I chose them initially over the other clinics in Fayetteville. As soon as the woman answered the phone, she lacked professionalism. I had to ask her name and proceed with “thank you, I’m interested in a consultation” She then replied “okay” then there was silence. Ma’am. Shouldn’t you be asking me questions and be more welcoming. She literally allowed it to be silent. I already advised what my call was in regards to. Thereafter, I was so annoyed, I told her I was no longer interested. She said “okay” and hung up the phone. No apology or anything. Bad business etiquette. I literally wish I didn’t even have to provide one star just to be able to post this review.

Awesome and friendly staff. Very professional and caring people. They hang in there with you and care about your health first! Like I said awesome staff!
