I have been a patient of Melissa Selby’s for almost 5 years. I couldn’t be happier or more thankful for her (and her assistant JaNeal’s) constant care and encouragement. I honestly don't know where I’d be without her. She expertly treats the physical body but also cares deeply for my mental and spiritual healing. She has walked beside me as I navigated an extremely difficult season. I appreciate the ability to text her after hours and the ease to schedule appointments. Functional medicine is invaluable because it treats the whole body, not just one symptom. However, it takes time to understand each unique patient and it sometimes takes a lot of patience to feel and see results. Vine Medical has a huge tool box of resources to help people so if one thing doesn’t work, they will keep trying until something does! I know Melissa will never give up. She has often spent 1-2 hours with me at each visit. How many health care providers do that? Everyone in the practice works diligently to give the best possible care to their patients!! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Vine medical is by far the best practice! I have been with them for over 12 years and have had the best care from Dr.Turner and all of the NPs over the years! Since they switched over to concierge they are able to spend quality time with us patients, not feeling rushed is great!

I have been Dr. Turner’s patient since she was finishing her internships. I have always found her very concerned and focused on providing high quality health care. She is concerned about every facet of the experience. Every visit is a good experience without the usual hassle of many other health care providers. I am seen on time and given all the necessary attention to address my medical needs. With their electronic systems my refills and messages are always dealt with in a timely manner. She has quickly resolved my medical issues on numerous occasions with her focus on actual conditions including lab tests. I have no doubt that I am alive and well today because of her.

I have been a happy client of Vine Medical for two years. Very happy with everyone and everything. So why the 1 star review? At the beginning of Dec 2021 they sent a notice to all patients notifying us that they will no longer accept any insurance as of Jan 1, 2022 They do offer at $99 a month the right to see your health care provider 10 times a year ($1,188 pa). This will also entitle you to 10% discount off treatment. There are a limited number of people who they will sign up. Inquiries as to how I find a replacement HCP at short notice over Christmas were unanswered, “call your insurance company for a list of Doctors in your area “ was the only answer provided. I am mid treatment as is my husband we are seniors on Medicare and cannot afford to pay more for health insurance. We are so disappointed to learn that Dr Turner is apparently more interested in increasing her bottom line than caring for patients. We feel very abandoned and let down. I know she will say that she is doing it to provide better care. True, for those people who can afford it.! The stated expectation is to reduce the number of patients by at least 50% I know that my husband and I are not alone in feeling we have been kicked to the curb but we still feel cast adrift We are now scrambling to find another practice to help us fill prescriptions and provide health care
