Lost 20lbs in 4 weeks! I was very weary about going to a weight loss center, but I am very glad i did. My first appointment was longer than the followups because they go into detail on everything that could be affecting your weight, different options that could help you lose weight, and answer ANY questions you have. They have always answered the phone when I call, have always been able to reschedule my appointments to accommodate my schedule, and I generally feel like they care when I'm telling them how my weekly progress has come.

I have had a really bad experience the 2nd time coming here. I used to go here a couple of years ago and I decided to go back and give it a try. I really enjoyed coming here the first time. The first couple of times I called, I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I found it weird, but thought maybe they are busy. Finally, I was able to reach someone and set up an appointment. She told me I was scheduled for the Macon location. I come to the Macon location on the date and time I was told and no one is there. I call the number 3 times and no one answers (the number is the same for the Macon and WR location). On the door, it says the Macon location is only open on Wednesday. Honestly, I could have misheard her or she could have misunderstood me because I requested Macon because I work in Macon. But the fact that you cannot answer your phone is not okay. I would not recommend anyone to come here and waste their time.

They never answer the phone or return phone calls. I will be going somewhere else and I suggest everyone else do the same. How do they stay in business if they never answer or respond to phone calls

Tried to get an appointment and was told they only meet with new patients on Monday and Thursdays. That would be great to include on the website, especially since the phone is usually busy and it takes a while for someone to return your call if you leave a message.

I havnt gone to my first appointment but already impressed. Made a phone call at 5 pm and received a call back fairly quickly and the front desk was helpful and informative
