    I have tried so many things to lose weight and this is the first thing that really feels sustainable. It is cheap-ish and I think like many things you probably get out of it what you put in. After reading the bad reviews I expected long waits and bad customer service, but have been pleasantly surprised. The front desk people have always been really nice to me and friendly and I have never had more than a 10 min wait as a walk in. I got the shots and really like the appetite suppressant.

    I had an extremely disappointing experience at Boulder MD that I must share. Firstly, I had a scheduled appointment but wasn’t seen for 1.5 hours. It turns out that there was no physician onsite because they had left early, forcing my appointment to be switched to telehealth without prior notice. Secondly, I had purchased a Groupon for a month's supply of Monjaro with a limit of three, only to be informed during my visit that I could only redeem one every six months—a detail not specified in the offer.Additionally, during my telehealth session, I was prescribed Monjaro, but the clinic staff administered the wrong medicine by mistake. When I confronted them about the error, I was simply told I would need to return the following week to pick up the correct medication. No clear explanation or apology was provided for this mishap.To make matters worse, after reaching out to their HR about this severe oversight, the lead physician called back and completely downplayed the liability issues associated with administering the wrong medication, showing a worrying lack of seriousness towards their medical responsibilities. This place is not safe in their operations. I strongly advise against using their services. AVOID at all costs.

    Can you give 1/2 a star? The receptionist is rude and incompetent. She asked for my Groupon, it was in my email. I asked her for their WIFI, the wifi she gave me doesn't pop up in listed networks. I let her know this, she would not help. She told me to go outside to try to catch a signal. I finally told her after 10 minutes, I have an appointment, you need to do something other than tell me to go outside to try to ride someone else's wifi. Did I mention her poor attitude right from when I walked in? Fast forward a few weeks. I have some questions about the injections I have. Is this a compound or NovoNordisk? I call, the receptionist cant answer any questions, cant get the MA on the phone, and says to leave a message for the owner. She claims my name is on the bottle, what bottle is she discussing? She wont answer my questions. No call back for the last three days

    Staff looks at you with blank stares, and disinterest in you or anything you have to say. You cant get a direct answer out of them around their terms. The "doctor" who met with me to start my prescription looked so hung over and tired. Didnt seem interested in my history or journey. Told me to do my research and let them know if anything feels bad after I start. I signed HIPPA papers to receive my records and no one ever sent them to me. "Someone else is in charge of that and they'll let them know" seems to be their go to answer to everything. And they don't know how anything works on the emails they send out. I called to cancel my subscription and they said HR takes care of that Ill let them know. They raised their prices after I started so i was able to find the same product online for less with nicer staff and free mailing. If you're good with just getting the prescriptions you want and no human interactions , they want your money, so go ahead and do it to get what you want but don't expect anything else.

    Zero stars. Drove from Brighton for the receptionist to tell me they couldn't see me today. Apparently they had no one to see me for the appointment I scheduled two weeks prior and she ment to call me. Terrible customer service.
