Doctors are great. Dr. Glembot performed my revision and hernia surgery and I’m feeling 100% better now. He has since left the practice and so I see Dr. Givi. Both of them are extremely knowledgable, competent and compassionate. Their bedside manner is among the best I’ve ever experienced. Staff is great too. All of the medical assistants are terrific. The only issue I have is that I can never get anyone on the phone if I have a medical question or need a new prescription. Callas always go to voicemail. I don’t like to disturb the doctor but the only way I’ve been able to reach out to the doctor on My Chart. I’m very grateful to Dr. Givi for his swift responses.

Impossible to get an answer to a simple question about how much the total of the program is. Short rude reply. Probably just one lame employee that doesn’t reflect everyone but turned me off to the program completely.

Just had surgery on October 28th. I loved the staff . They have went beyond what was asked ❤️ .

5/27/21 Here we go, I started this process Last October 2020, at that time I was told that if they can get me in before November they can finish my process by the end of the year because I have met my out-of-pocket And my insurance will be paying 100%. On the first appointment I was told at the end of the appointment that this wouldn’t be possible but since they were referred to me by my doctor I trusted her opinion and went with them anyway. I have finished everything by the end of March 2021 and my insurance approved everything in less than two weeks. During this process I had asked on four different occasions for a date for my surgery because my PCP wanted a date so we can schedule my preop appointment no one would give me a date they kept put me off until I got the paper from the insurance that I have been approved and they had a date on it I called the office and I told them that I have never been given a date and what was the date on the approval. I was told that it was a dummy date so they can get The approval and that they can change that date at any time the problem is the date is for the middle of August and my patient advocate told me that it wouldn’t be till late August maybe September but I hated to even say that. this would put me trying to get this surgery for almost a year. I came to these people looking for help to get this weight off to get my health back and my life, just to be put off. They took my money and my insurance paid a good amount too. Now I’ve had to go to another doctor and fork out more money but lucky for me they can use my records from this office . What the sad part is about all this is that no one from this office has contacted me since the other doctors office requested my records to find out why to even apologize, nothing. So beware if you go with them it will be almost a year before your surgery. You would think someone would connect me to say something but I guess they got their money.

I left this office due to not being able to get my surgery in timely fashion. They were so booked up with dietitian being 1 person and psych as well. I left to different location and had my surgery July 27th. Had I stood here I would have waited til next year. Make sure you get correct info upfront before you commit to this office. Leaving here along with my Fiance who went through same disappointment was the best decision ever. Get your insurance to tell you whats required before you go see them.
