Very relaxing and such a nice ambience. The staff gave great education and you can tell they care about your overall experience and long term results/wellness. Answered all my questions and made me comfortable for my first time. I will be back!

Did not have a great experience. Wish I did… really would have loved to have a go to spot for hydration and rejuvenation HOWEVER, I will not ever go back. They poked me 4 times trying to find a vein for the IV… the 3rd time left a golf size bruise … I’m pretty sure they popped a vessel … on the 4th time they ended up going through my hand… I don’t trust or have confidence in their ability. I would not recommend people to go here.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! My mom was suffering from terrible COVID symptoms, and we decided to give this place a try. She was extremely nauseous, fatigued, dehydrated, had a headache and incredibly weak. After the immunity boost IV, she was like a new person. This is EXACTLY what she needed to get on the road to recovery. Thank you to the staff for being so professional, informative and sweet.

Ria and team are always professional and easy-going in the process. Keeping everything clean and myself aware of what is happening, especially when getting in a needle injection really helps to calm the nerves. I’ve had this process done at other locations but prime IV Winter Park does the best.

Don't buy a GIFT CERTIFICATE from PRIME IV in Orlando near 7/11 on Winter Park Rd. They write an expiration date on their gift cards. The first gift CERTIFICATE we bought gave us a month to use it. The second GIFT CERTIFICATE had a three-month expiration date. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW IN THE STATE OF FL TO WRITE AN EXPIRATION DATE ON ANY GIFT CERTIFICATE So, in essence, they take your money and then rip you off. .SKIP THE DRIP 💦 dishonest OWNER. I also find it interesting the owner has made no effort to attempt to explain why she chooses to cheat the public.
