After going here for a couple months I lost 25 lbs and was about 15 lbs away from my goal. Today I went in for my appointment and had to get more HCG shots, I had previously ask and got alcohol wipes for my shots without issue. To properly give yourself a shot from a multi dose vile you should clean the bottle head and area your giving yourself a shot with alcohol wipes . Today when I got a new bottle of HCG I was given two alcohol wipes and I asked if I could get 8 more for the other 8 days worth of shots . I was met with a “we don’t supply the alcohol wipes.” And said I have to get my own . Really? All the money I’ve spend with this place and would have in the future and you can’t spare 1$ worth of alcohol wipes, maybe you should be concerned about the skin cellulitis your patients could be at risk for if they don’t administer the shot correctly, I won’t be back after being treated this way.

I have been a patient of transformations for many years. Long story short... After 3 years I have decided to return. I go to the transformations in Metro West, Orlando Fl. Today was such a hard day to walk through those doors but once I got in there, I was greeted by Mary. A very familiar face. She was so pleasant. Her smile was just contagious. Then I got to meet for the very first time Ismaris. Wow! She was amazing! I have always had great service with you all but today was just extra special. I usually get Margo which I absolutely adore but she was with a patient. I felt so lucky to have been able to sit and talk with Ismaris. She took her time with me and made me feel good about myself. I normally am not the one to write reviews but I just have to let whom ever it is on top of corporate that you have an amazing team in Metro west. Thank you ladies for making my day! 🥰

I’ve been going to the Kissimmee location for over two years and always very pleased with the speed of service and kindness of the staff, always a great atmosphere, feels like home.

Not only do they close early except for Thursday's but then they have to close early Wed before a Thanksgiving holiday and close that Friday also. Does anyone work anymore?
