I arrived for my consultation yesterday. It was just a little confusing how to get into the building and into the right office but managed to do so without too much trouble. Once in the building, Elizabeth was very friendly and helpful, gave me all my forms to fill out. They now know me better than I do. It was a very brief wait but had my consultation with Angie, who was from the Raleigh office. She was very patient with my questions and even helped me ask questions that I didn't know to ask. She examined me and asked questions about my body image and goals. She offered recommendations and helped establish appropriate expectations with patient education--what kind of fat I had in my different areas, how gynecomastia works, how the procedures worked, etc. She typed and little of this and a little of that and gave me estimates for both the Charlotte and Raleigh locations (I guess each office has different promotions). I have almost a whole month to commit and plan ahead for time off from work and classes, to do more research, and pray to make the right decision. Whether I do or don't, I would highly recommend the visit for the consultation. Make a better list of questions than I did after doing your research. They are happy to answer your questions and make you feel comfortable. Very professional and kind! I highly recommend!

As soon as I walked in the door at the Winston office I was greeted with warmth by Elizabeth. She made me feel welcome and calmed my anxieties. Then, Shannon provided me with a thorough consult, answered my many questions, and went above and beyond to help determine what I needed and talked me through all the options. Both of these ladies are fabulous and made my first experience with Sono Bello 10/10.

I had a very professional, supportive, and non-judgmental experience during my consultation for a surgical procedure to remove unwanted fat. Elizabeth greeted me at the door with a warm, welcoming smile that made me feel as if we had known each other for years. Shannon was equally professional and well-informed, answering all my questions (and even a few I hadn’t thought of) with poise and honesty. During the exam portion of the consultation, I felt completely at ease and never judged or uncomfortable, despite the vulnerability of the situation. I would highly recommend this office and company to friends and family and am so happy with my experience.

They are great, from the moment I walked in to sitting with Shannon. They made you feel welcomed comfortable and they were professional and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this group and am looking forward to great results!
