    I heard about the program on TV, and social media. I decided to give it a try. I did...and so far I'm doing good on the program. I've stuck to the meal plans and lost 7lbs in my first month. I'm happy with those results as I'm not trying to lose the weight fast. The first day was the worst. I'm happy with my progress thus far.     I absolutely love this nutritional program. It is simple and all the information you need to be successful is provided in the journal and other flyers that have been shared with us. The support and accountability is key for me, and the team in Braintree has really helped teach, coach, and support me for the 3 months that I have working toward my weight loss goal. I’ve battled weight my entire adult life and failed at so many programs. So far I am down almost 50 pounds and love feeling the success week after week when I hop on the scale. Thank you Medi!!!

    I started the Medi-Weightloss program in May of this year. I wasn't sure what to expect as I have tried many other weight loss programs over the years. I lost 10 lbs. in my first week. The initial process was full of information (sometimes overwhelming) but I asked a ton of questions and they spent the time to answer every single one. The first week was hard but I felt really good leading into the second week. Since May, I have lost 40 lbs on the program. I started with minimal exercise, just 30 minutes a day...I am now up to 90 minutes of walking almost everyday and plan to add in weight training next. I'm thankful for the program and found that I don't miss the sugar and carbs as much as I thought I would. I do give myself little "cheats" here and there as a reward for goals I have set for myself. The clinic has meal options (shakes, bars and other items), which help plan. I enjoy the shakes and the bars and they are my go-to anytime I need something. I can't say enough amazing things about the staff and the clinic. This journey has been life changing for me.
