Healthy Size Clinic is a medically supervised weight loss clinic headed by Dr. Penny Goodwin, which includes a highly motivating and energetic team of weight loss specialists in Jennings, and Lake Charles, Louisiana. We have just added the second location to better serve our clients in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Since 2006, our locally owned and operated business has carried meal replacements, breakfast items, dinner entrees, protein bars and drinks, and even chips. We also offer guidance for tracking nutrition in everyday life. If you need assistance in a certain area of your diet, we have supplements that safely aid in weight loss and nutrition. We also discuss behavior modification in a one-on-one setting to tailor an approach that will be effective for you. Outside of our normal work schedule, you can find us active in the community. We sponsor an annual Christmas Celebration for our less fortunate Veterans at a neighboring Veteran home and have also participated as a donation location for programs such as CADA, (Communities against Domestic Abuse), the Lions Club for much needed supplies, as well as other local charities. We participate in and support the SOWELA Techical Community College HEALTH & WELLNESS FAIR. Our experienced staff also helps to promote healthy lifestyle and nutrition guidance programs in the local schools and businesses.
