Do NOT go here. They originally charged me $200 to speak to a nutritionist years ago that I agreed on. Then I came in because I had some complications and they said I have to talk to a nutritionist but did not say anything for the $200 fee AGAIN just to speak to some lady who talked to me for 5-10 minutes about absolutely nothing. Like no help at all. The next day I saw a $200 charge that they won’t remove. Fraud location. Don’t go to them.

Was referred to this program (ha) by my PCP . It no longer exists. Only bariatric surgery. ONLY OPTIONS FOR WEIGHT LOSS AT BEAUMONT IS BARIATRIC SURGERY!!!!! This building specifically has a walking trail and workout room with equipment. I was a member some 10 years ago for HMR waightloss. Why doesn't Beaumont have a waight loss program like all other hospitals?????

It's very unfortunate when the weight loss center of a large hospital organization doesn't care about its patients enough to re-open for a general weight loss program option to those truly in need. That doesn't say much about Beaumont taking weight loss seriously. C'mon now, it has been YEARS. Every other medical group has resumed normal practice. A little honesty regarding the true reasons would be refreshing. When I inquired at the Rochester Hills location, the front desk staff were quite secretive and blamed COVID. Hmmmm. There's more to this story I feel than patients are being told. They seem to be open to everyone getting in the bariatric option though. One more profitable than another perhaps?

Everyone is nice but I have been waiting for pa approval quite a few times and they make me start my medication over from the beginning so I can’t actually get what I need. I’m beyond frustrated with this place

Waited 3 weeks for an appointment, had a flat tire on the way to the appointment. They were unwilling to work with me regarding being late or the next available appointment. It was going to be another 3 weeks with no possibility of getting in sooner. Was told I could "call every day" to see about cancellations. I've worked in medical and hospitals for 12 years and never has anywhere I've worked been so unwilling to work a patient in.
